How are we programmed subconsciously?
why do we have our daily routine? How we are living a programmed life?Every day how much work we do besides to daily routine?
For us why every day is like the same? Are we programmed to some kind of program?
- Waking up in the morning, at the same time, from the same position and even switching off the alarm from the same finger.
- Having a bath, wearing the formals or school uniforms, or wearing the same dress code.
- Going to college, school, office doing the same type of work.
- Coming back to home.
- All will have dinner with a phone in one hand.
- Finally going to sleep, Next day - Same routine.
Then i begin to search on the internet and I got the answers which we all are going to see below.
How we are programmed?
To answer this question we have to look at our past, I mean from the day we were born.A child learns by looking at parents, siblings, relatives, friends and he/she will gather information from the environment.
Subconsciously he/she will learn thousands of rules from the surrounding.
- How to live in society,
- Different ways of talking from parents, teachers, friends, etc.
- How to react to a certain situation (Danger, Angry, Happy, Anxious)
Your whole life is like a tape player in which programs under 7 have been downloaded in cassette and after 7 you just tap on play button and living your life according to programs.
We are doing the same thing again and again because our negative programming does not support us.
Now we are halfway to our answer, what we have got is the answer to the question of why we follow our daily routine, but how we can change this?
We all have a chance to change our programs,
Have you ever noticed how did the child after 7 memorize things like abcd,1234, or some mathematics calculations? He/she can able to do this just by repeating whatever he/she wants to learnand in the same way, we can also change our programs just by repeating whatever we want to change in ourselves.
when we go to sleep our brain generates the same vibrational frequency which was generated in a child until 7. In this period we can change our programs by positive affirmation.
